Sunday, March 11, 2007 at 06:26 PMJust yesterday i headed off depression by changing my thinking. My husband and I got in a small argument. I drove to the store and heard a guy singing about a girl's beautiful eyes. I thought, I wish my husband thought that way about me. Then, pow! I realized he does think that way about me, every day, all the time. i cried and had a great day- I'm still happy. I also realized EVERYTIME we have argued I believed his love had ended and I would be abandoned even if it was in a subconscious way. No wonder I was depressed most of time. sigh.
