Friends, this is just to encourage you to tell your story whenever and wherever you get a chance.
One of my girlfriends, a breast cancer survivor, has a website about how people's faith helps them get through serious illness. She asked me to tell my story. So -- as LadyBehindTheMask -- I did.
Then she entered a contest and ended up featured on the fall Yoplait "pink" campaign cartons. Which got her site all kinds of publicity. And she just told me that my story is getting more hits than any other part of the site.
Now this may not be your year. Things may not be settled enough; you may not be feeling ready. But when the time is right, even if you need to stay behind a mask like I do, tell your story. People want to hear it. People need to hear it.
All blessings,
The Lady Behind the Mask

Hi Lady...An inspiring post - glad you were able to tell your story in this way, and that you are getting such good response. I will certainly link to your story later today. Hope others do as well.
We bipolars can and do make a difference in our own special ways. Thanks.
