I really do encourage you to keep some kind of health log, even if all you monitor is major changes. I like to use a Sachs chart, designed for people with bipolar, which I've modified to keep track of a few other things like whether I've exercised or spent time with friends. I don't log daily sleep because I'm consistent but if I'm up or down, I note it; I don't log which meds I take daily, but if I miss a dose or if we change a dose temporarily I note it. Etc. It gives you and your docs better information for managing what are in fact very complex health conditions.
And talk to any family members. You'll get surprising insights. While I've had all kinds of muscle and joint pain, my right hip was by far the worst. "Oh," said my little sister the runner (who has had three foot surgeries) "That's because we (as in -- members of our family) have one leg shorter than the other. Also falling arches. You need to get orthotic inserts for your shoes."
I got inserts and the pain went away.
So that's the message for today. It's not all in your head. You might not just be a wimp. You might need a supplement. Go to the doctor. And draw on the collective wisdom of your family to understand the ways your family tends to become ill and get well.
Iron-rich beef liver and greens for dinner tonight. By tomorrow I should have a prescribed supplement.
Blessings to all.
The Lady Behind the Mask

My mother suffers from fibromyalgia for over 30yrs, she never could get any help. Doctors always thought she was nutts or imagining stuff. Finally the disease is recognised and just in the past year she has found a doctor who belives and specialises in this. It took her a few trial and errors but now has found the medication that has helped her big time, shes like normal again.
I agree with you and allot of Doctors are F***** worthless.
