About Me

I'm a professional fundraiser for a nonprofit not in the mental health field. (I really don't want my life to be about my illness!) Outside of work, my hobbies are wide-ranging but pretty much creative and pretty much what you'd expect from someone who's really an introvert, no matter what her job may require -- I'm a great arranger of flowers, like to garden, have done many needle arts, did mosaics for a while, take photographs, learned something about web design, and like lots of people am making bead jewelry right now. I used to bake a lot, but I'm keeping myself out of temptation these days! I expect that dance will become a bigger part of our lives, but since my husband is also an introvert in an extrovert's job, we tend to have very quiet weekends. Just us, the kitty, church on Sunday, and a dance on Friday or Saturday if one's scheduled.
