Yesterday, my husband and I were discussing how it's easier, in a way, when I'm going manic, because I can just take Zyprexa & it knocks me down in minutes. Same with anxiety - pop some clonazepam & I'm calmed right down in no time. But with depression, there's no 'quic...

    Hi Sue, Yes you are so right about the depression part having no quick fixes..such as life right, I find myself suprised each and everytime Im depressed and not so with the hypomania that I usually like though no one around me seems to.. :) Blessings ConnieBig Smile

    Mania seems to be the scariest for everyone around us (and for us, too, once we come out of it and realize what we did), though depression seems to affect us more internally than in our outward behavior - perhaps this is why people have a harder time understanding the true pain of real depression.
