Hi Su,
Visited your post via one of those wonderful circuitous linkages of the internet, originally from Schizophrenia connect. The so important topic of painful stigma and self stigma and how to fight it often features there as well of course and I wonder if you would consider posting /copying your excellent post there as well??
It would be a shame if it were missed by a wider and receptive audience and I am sure you would get some interesting comments. It is another supportive and welcoming site.
