    Hi TMarie.....It's great that you and your husband have found a book that you can work on together. 

     

    There are several very good books on bipolar.  In my opinion, a few of them are:  Madness: A Bipolar Life, the Bipolar Child, Bipolar Disorder for Dummies, and of course, John McNanamy's book, Living Well...Smile  All of these books can be found on Amazon.com.
