Great Resource and Thank You

I would like to thank all of you who responded to my question about stopping Lamitical. All of your advice is very good and I appreciate your responses. I feel quite lost trying to keep up with my son's conditions, it is so easy to aggravate him that as a supporter/caregiver it is very important I be there for him in a way that is truly helpful. I have a great resource I have been using since April. Have you tried mood charting? Did it scare you into rebellion against doing such a difficult time consuming tool? I found several, all but one put me into a fit. I even tried handwriting all his meds, amts, his reactions, moods, severeities, manic, depressed both. I was just about to throw in the towel and say I give up, and I found this www.moodchart.com I highly recommend this tool. It is so easy and has made a very big difference. I had to modify the chart alittle since it is designed for the person with the condition. I e-mailed Dr.Lieberman at the University of Washingtion DC, and have been working with him to see how well the chart can be applied in more broad spectrum. IF you have any questions just click on contact us and they always answer back. Again thank you so much for all your responses, but watch out I have alot of questions.Smilevlbhopes I get such great answers on the next 100.
