About Me

Living with Bipolar for 30 yrs, first break down March 1977 did well without medication untill 1993 Nov. Hospitalized three times between Nov 1993 and June 1994 mostly for pyschotic manic states now that I look back. Diagnosis of bipolar June 1994 and put on lithium and stayed with the anti pyschotic drug Sulpiride. Did well and should say slept well untill onether breakdown july 2006 where I was treated very barbaric in Zimbabwe with Haldol , chlorpromazine and Lithium and sedated every day with IV valium as a form of chemical restraints. Now I am semiwell, functioning but cannot sleep,hence the trazadone and Temezapam. Yes I have tried Lamictal and seroquel and they have not worked for me. I need to sleep and I am afraid that I will hurt myself trying to get some sleep.
