About Me
I am new to being aware of my illness. I have felt as though I was not like other people, but I had no idea why. Why did I feel things stronger than others? How come I needed more sleep? Why did I get stuck in a dark and sad place? I know the answer now, but I am faced with the new issues of how to cope and continue in life (maybe even start living life)living with bipolar disorder and P.T.S.D. I found this website to help me FIND MY WAY.
