today was a good day. the weather was nice out so i took my daughter for a long walk. i think just getting out and in the fresh air did me some good. this is the best i felt since i got out from my stay in oak view hospital.
I just got out this past friday from Oak View Mental hospital because my meds were not working. This is the 2nd time this year i was there the 1st time being in late January for the same reason.
