today was a good day. the weather was nice out so i took my daughter for a long walk. i think just getting out and in the fresh air did me some good. this is the best i felt since i got out from my stay in oak view hospital.

thing to share on your post! Thank you for that glass half full approach to the day. It was refreshing to read! Glad you took time to stop and smell the roses per say, and get out with what looks to be a beautiful daughter. I have 2 daughters and there is nothing like them to keep us going, to keep us reaching for that breathe of fresh air and time with them always seems to provide that doesn't it? SO glad you had a good day. Know we've never corresponded, but just wanted you to know it was nice to read your post. We all need to grasp that embrace of nature now and again in order to balance, at least that is MY personal opinion. Sounds like a great time!!
