Hi My name is Tanya, im new here so just wanted to introduce myself.
I'm 28 years old, mum of two boys aged 7 and 9 and I have Bipolar.
I was diagnosed with biopolar 5 years ago.
I have no friends and feel so alone
I sit here all day with no one to talk to and that gets me so depressed.
I have no friends as i told them all where to go during my last episode but they werent friends i could count on or talk to...
Is anyone here from melbourne????
