I was hoping for a few calm days where things were seemingly normal.  I guess that isn't going to happen.  Got to bed about the usual time between 11:30pm and Midnight (normally I get up between 7:30 - 8 SLEEP is vital!)  So when I work up at 4:30am I was a little concerned.  I forced myself to try to go back to sleep but I all I could think about was all the things I could accomplish today!  I was excited and restless.  I got up and have been going none stop.  The house got cleaned and that was a good thing.  I am going to make myself go into the studio and stay there for two hours!  Even if I just clean up all the paper clutter it will be something towards getting back to work.  I am afraid this is as much as I can write for the moment.   I will check in later!
