positive affirmations

By cynthia arceneaux Monday, March 24, 2008
Today is going to be a good day. If I think this enough I now that no matter what happens it will be. Positive affirmations are the key to happiness. Around my house are post its with positive stuff so if I get discouraged all I have to do is read them. I know it sounds silly but it works. I place post its on my bathroom mirror so when I am getting ready in the morning that is the first thing I see. Other places I post them are on the fridge, and on the inside of my outer door so the last thing I see before leaving for the day is a positive word or two. I still meditate in the morning but this is something that doesn't take to much time and is very helpful. I am going to go now and start getting ready for my day, a good day.

Hello,

That is just the way one must think if it, to have a positive outlook, because honestly-unfortuanately living with bi-polar we have bad days, but we must struggle and strive through them. I know I can say for myself when I have a bad day, I can always find many reasons to lift my spirits.I have had bi-polar for some time, but until diagonoised with it, just thought it was a normal thing to see bad in things but I have learned from others and through therapy & medications not all days will be colorful rainbows. You really sound like you are on a great track of postive thinking. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Continue to strive in each day it;s God's Blessings to you.

May you contnue to bloom,

God Bless,'

"Greetings to All" Laughing

I was a victim of Bi Polar for over 20 years, but I now see myself everyday in a positive light. The key is repeating positive affirmations, a gratitude journal, good nutrition and loving support everyday, everyday is a new opportunity to grow and love yourself. Whenever you feel down, do what ever you can to make yourself laugh or feel good, it works everytime with me, try it.

Here are a few affirmations:

I am eternally healthy and healed

I love myself unconditionally everyday

I choose to believe it is getting easier for me

I laugh at myself and at life

I am filled with joy, love and hope

I am self worthy and self accept myself

With Love and Richest Blessings in your life now

Van
