About Me

i was diagnosed at 19 after a hospitalization, and i have NO idea how that even came about. no memory of how i origionally ended up in there to begin with. i did horribly for about two years, but around age 21 (and two hospitalizations later) i settled into a medication routine that helped and was fairly stable. however, i dont know why, my symptoms are coming back, extreme moods, depression, highs, HORRIBLE, IMPULSIVE decisions. im terrified to slip baack into full blown mania and am here to ask for any support anyone can give me.
