    Relax and take it one day at a time.  That's all any of us can do.  Worrying about the future will only tarnish the present.  Have a plan in place if things do get bad, but try not to worry about it.

    rose be prepared for the time you will slip back learn from the past and remember to do the positive things things that you are doing now. make a journal of the things that make you feel that you are doing better on, and learn to apply them to your everyday life so they will become more habit forming.enjoy the time you are having now don't worry about the time u will slip back.the people that love u will still love you then and will remeber the time u are having now andu will come back to this time again legna
