Amazing how the brain can lose level of serotin I call the happy juice and you spiral to a place of darkness that it takes a lot of convincing of A Wonderful Life to pull you back up. Remember it is not you it is the depression and you are in a battle for survival. Use every resource to keep you safe because this is a time sometimes reasoning does not always help medication is needed to help you get your head just above the sinking water you can find your self in. The one thing that keeps me is my children I want to be an example of fighting a disease not letting a disease overpower me. And still with all that knowledge depression which I call a buzzard because it attacks those who are too weak to fight them off still tries to overpower me. This is why it is good to have support around you   to remind you about the good life and to take your medicine because in that depressed state one can forget or start feeling like the medicine is not working so why bother. No matter how much we think because we are still depressed it is not working it is giving us just that little tiny miracle of an edge to get through that day. Hugs and prayers!
