About Me

Hi:
I am 46 ,married with two daughters...I struggled with depression for the last 10 years but was recently diagnosed with bipolar..I love to read,plant flowers and feed birds...The most important thing to me is my family and I hate how this disease has taken over our lives...I have been blessed with a good life but can't enjoy it because I feel so different from day to day..I'm not sure who the "real" me is anymore...I am looking forward to meeting others with the same struggle,so that we can help one another understand and be encouraging....
