Living with a mental illness does not mean we are limited as to what we can do, how far we can reach, and it never means we have to give up our dreams. For me, it was a training class I attended, and a few of the women in that class showed me great support, at a time when I just wanted to die. If only we all knew that within ourselves we have the power to face any challenge that we face.  And through those challenges we become stronger, happier, and healthier. I have experienced sexual abuse, mental and physical abuse, drug addiction, and trama in my life. I know what it fills like to be without Hope, to feel as though you've given up. And I know what it's like to be happy, fulfilled, and to enjoy everything about life. I encourage those who aren't in a good place right now to reach out, talk to someone, and to love yourself, no matter what.
