      <description>Living with a mental illness does not mean we are limited as to what we can do, how far we can reach, and it never means we have to give up our dreams. For me, it was a training class I attended, and a few of the women in that class showed me great support, at a time when I just wanted to die. If only we all knew that within ourselves we have the power to face any challenge that we face.&amp;nbsp; And through those challenges we become stronger...</description>
