I thin I don't want to know him anymore I have had five years of having to argue with him over medication, once he almost strangled me over that very issue. I have invested five years of love caring and money into the man and I really feel unappreciated and unloved in return.. His lack of empathy and manipulation have become unbearable. I have been walking on egg shells for months now...............

Love is not enough when it comes to wellbeing.
He needs to have regular appointments with his doctor to control his illness. You don't have to take it if it's doing you harm. Leave if you need to protect yourself but don't stay just because he says he loves you. He needs meds and to take care of himself better to stop harming you, that's his responsibility not yours.
