Medication

I am struggling with helping my mother get her medications correct. She is unable to maintain a safe sodium level on her current meds of Zyprexa and depakote. Although she is backing off her meds, she is still very lethargic...her diagnosis was made about 5 months ago, but she has been suffering with the effects for a very long time. Does anyone have a recommendation that I can take to the MD with her?
Thanks.
