About Me

Hi,

I have a partner who has been recently diagnosed with bipolar. It has been a 3 year long mission to get him to a psychiatrist and finally we know at least something about what we have been dealing with. There are many really beautiful things about him. He is so creative and energetic, fun, loving, kind and compassionate. He has lots of ideas and he has the energy to achieve them.  He has been very productive in his life. My friends love him and so do my children.

I have suffered several bouts of unipolar depression and depression/ anxiety in my life so I do understand some of the things he is going through. I have learnt a lot ab about myself and others through this.

  He is having some therapy to identify his moods and take control of them. I'm not really sure what works and doesn't yet but hopefully will learn something from this site.
