Comments of thoughts to this situation, please

I have accepted what in my profession we call "weekend package". Turnover is bad and I'm dependable so I will try to work doubles Saturday & Sunday. 32 hours and get paid for 40. bp partner in denial - how can i help?

I believe my partner is bipolar but he is absolutely unwilling to hear it. His mom is on lithium and wellbutrin and she is clearly bp.
