I have Bipolar, but Bipolar doesn't have me.

I was told a little over a year ago that I am Bipolar. Those words to this day send shivers down my back. Bipolar?? I knew that I was moody and could at times switch from extreme happy to seriously debilitating lows in the blink of an eye. But just the word Bipolar. I am just dumfounded

 I am suffering more and more, and yes its getting to be unbearable, does anyone have any good ideas that might help me in this situation??     Say Whenever I am laying in bed I become restless and feel short of breath and have to get up and move around.
