Ms. Confusion/Does it get better?

Lately I am very confused. I can't keep track of what days are what, I seem to skip days, and think that yesterday was 2 days ago, or visa versa. I even missed an appt with my psych and now I have to pay $50! I can't seem to form cognitive thoughts sometimes, although I am doing so right now - it feels like I am floating somewhere above... Does this behavior sound like bipolar??

I'm posting this even though I'm nearly positive I already know the answer. My mother is 51, the mother of three adult children (25, 24, & 22) My parents have been married for 27 years and September 5th she left her and my dad's home and went to live with a 71 year old man. I'm considering suicide

Yes I know writing this down is supposed to help, or a cry for help; but that's not the case. I can't take living in the 9th level of Hell anymore nor the mania that shoots me skyward to drop back into the pit.
