bipolar boyfriend is having a freak out, anybody have advice?

Feeling helpless with a biploar wife and a young child..
We have been married for over 9 years now and I am getting to the realization that my wife has a mental health problem most likely has bipolar disorder. I have found a great coping skill!
I haven't been on here for a while for I've had many many things to "cope" with and to adjust to. I am now a NEW GRANDMA AGAIN!!!! YEP!! First grandson in 25 years in our family was born to us Sept 30 2009 and I am so blessed.
