HI, I'M JODY. MY HUSBAND IS BIPOLAR AND OUR MARRIAGE IS FALLING APART. WE MOVED TO A NEW STATE AND HE WAS GOING TO WORK A PART TIME JOB BUT HASN'T BEEN ABLE TO HOLD ON TO ONE. need support forced early retirement

I am a doctor - 47 years old and 22 years of service to my profession. Have been struggling with BP1 all of my life. I recently decided to retire from my practice - long story but it is a permanenet decision - have 2 teenagers that need more of my attention, and it now takes me 2 hours to do 20 minutes of paper work (inaccurately).... marital problems

Bipolar and Aspberger's?

Does anyone have any experience with a connection between bipolar disorder and Aspberger's syndrome? Our family counselor has suggested that my 13-y.o. bipolar son may have some of the autism spectrum as well, due to his social awareness issues and other things that are hard to pin down.
