supplements to battle depression
Omega-3s and Dry Vit E has helped boost my mood considerably.Has anyone out there tried N-acetycystaine to manage depression. I'm somewhere in the bipolar spectrum and don't want to shoot myself into mania or Bipolar III

CoQ10 alternative treatment
Yesterday I posted what I was doing with Coenzyme Q10 as an alternative treatment to Lithium. After reducing the Lithium dose and raising the dose of CoQ10 I experienced initially severe mood oscillations which mostly died down.
