Just stopped all meds... good idea???

Meds and Challenges

Does anyone know any non-pharmacuetical methods to cope with Bi-polar.  I have gone through Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy because I have Medication-Resistant rapid cycling Bi-polar.  Is there something else other people are doing that helps?  Also if you have tried any new meds, something new than 6 months old and its working for... Read moreChevron

I need to talk and understand

It just seems like the fighting is getting worse. Its hard because I don't know what to do. I guess thats why I'm here.
