Rough patch.....

Right now, I am going through one of the most trying and toughest times of my life....personally (within my marriage), at work, and within myself. bipolar boyfriend is having a freak out, anybody have advice?

Please tell me its not just me

Does it even help to cry anymore, does it help when we act strong and cry all alone, why do we get so hurt, it doesnt help at all that they never really see or hear us. How mother do I talk to my hypomanic mother

My mother is definitely misdiagnosed as just depressive. My Life Partner Also Has Bipolar

Is anyone out the familiar with being Bipolar AND having a mate who is also Bipolar?? Yes. It is difficult at times. In fact it is VERY difficult at times. I would love advice or ideas.
