Rough patch.....

How mother do I talk to my hypomanic mother

My Life Partner Also Has Bipolar

Is anyone out the familiar with being Bipolar AND having a mate who is also Bipolar?? Yes. It is difficult at times. In fact it is VERY difficult at times. I would love advice or ideas.
