I am just on the last legs (thankfully) of a severe episode that lasted a little over seven days. I was manic, depression had me pinned, and obsessive thoughts were on record-skip and there was basically nothing I could do. Plea for help/advice. What should I do?

I feel worse. I'm sinking. Undertows are pulling me down. I think I'm doing an ok job outwardly at not seeming as bad as I feel. My kids and my DH are what is keeping me going.
