Trying to find out if I have BP

Body Will Not Sleep

For the past 3 1/2 weeks, I have not slept a full night. My Nurse Psychiatrist prescribed me Lamictal because she thinks I fall somewhere on the bipolar spectrum. Just been told by a psych that i saw that my original diagnosis of bipolar type 2 is wrong and that i actually have complex post traumatic stress disorder. Is anyone familliar with the differences between the two, i have done lots of websearches and i realise the basic differences, but how do you know you dont have both? is it possible?

THE #X@#$# MASK

I have been trying to live without "the mask" since the end of December. Sometimes I can go a few days without the mask, and then it slips back on like a pair of perfect fitting gloves without notice. When I finally notice I get extremely frustrated.
