48 yr old female/recent diagnose bi-polar/adhd…using seruqeul for bi polar....adderal for adhd seruquel side effects. Adderall stop working, need alternative stimulant for adhd and zombie side effects…?

I have bi-polar disorder B, and adhd, and my doctor and I are still searching for the right combination. I am on seroquel 300 and adderral  3x 20mg. I feel my adderral is losing its strength,  yet without a stimulant I am a zombie, can't get of bed, or think..... what is the best stimulant alternative?
