Woman Living with Type II Bipolar Disorder

Hello!  I have been "diagnosed" with Type II Bipolar Disorder at 27 years old. I have been able to recognize the symptoms and want to learn more about it.  I would love to hear from others who have this type of bipolar disorder and how it affects their lives.

The Klingons

We were told how we could cope with living with BPD, and what we can learn from the Vulcans in Star Trek. I would propose that we can learn much more from the emtional vibrancy of the Klingons. I wonder what my peers think.
