Books for kids?

Does anyone know of any good books for children/teens with bp to read? I'm hoping to find something for my 12-year old bipolar son to read, so he doesn't feel so alone in this. I can find books directed at small children, but nothing for the middle schooler. Any ideas would be awesome...please? :)
