why if i am taking medication do i still havve horrible days?
i am on all of my medications i take them at the same time every day, i excersise, watch my diet, chart my mood.. but i still have some very depressed days, i dont have any manic days, or any that i notice... but i still get very sad and down on myself... i started college in the fall and i am way to anxious to make new friends so i eat... Stroke Complicated By Broken Wrist
Hello to my fellow BiPo's! Six weeks ago, while recovering from the stroke she had last March 20th, my wife broke her wrist while taking out the garbage can.
