I'm not sure what the next step is...

I've been diagnosed 10 months ago. It gave me hope that my life had a bit of meaning to it. I am BP2 so depression is where I spend most of the time. New to Lithium

I am finally changing my meds to try something new. I'll be taking Lithium. Does anyone have experience with it? Any nasty side effects? How does/did it work for you? Thanks in advance for your reply! ~Cathy
