Mental Pain

I think this disease is worse than any physical disease...My mother told me uesterday.."I would have rather you died"....well that's one non supportive person if i ever did see one...And i'm getting blamed now for families anger and ignorance regarding this dz.. Depression getting better??

finally ready to accept!

After a life time of sever ups and downs I have finally come to realize that I am bi polar and do need meds and ways to cope. so here I am ready to embrass and make the most of this newly accepted appendige. god still loves me!!!!
