Just diagnosed

I'm 29 years old and after a suicide attempt and various anti anxiety/ depression medication trials and mood charts I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. I'm not exactly sure how to deal with this. I didnt think anything was wrong with me other than crazy mood swings and suicidal thoughts. Any help on how to deal with this?

i dont know what i have

Medication

I am 21, and this past year I was finally diagnosed with bipolar disorder. ( I am also clinically diagnosed with ADD and anxiety disorders).  Since then, I have been taking 10 mg of the med Abilify.  It has definitely helped control the number of "out bursts" I have, but I dont think it has deterred the feelings that I have as a result... Read moreChevron

but im scurd that i might be schizophrenic
