i have lived with bipolar all my life so it is like nothing to me; i have known about it for about 8 years, and during that time i was bouncing around with mood changes constantly. now i have got the hang of it and have had fewer symptoms. it seems like i have had every symptom in the book. and all at different ratios and... artisticly sound

I have just now come to realize that my bipolar can work really well for me and have been using it to do just that. I ride the waves instead of crashing in on them and I can surf my emotions like white capped waves as well.
