Anxiety and procrastination

Why can't I be happy?

I hate this. I feel so depressed and overwhelmed. I can't stand when I'm depressed, but here I am depressed and feeling drained and not wanting to do a darn thing. If medications that are used to treat Epilepsy work well treat Rapid Cycling Bipolar... (cont..)

If medications ex: (Topomax, Lamictal) that are used to treat Epilepsy work well treat Rapid Cycling Bipolar, then would other forms of treatment for Epilepsy of the same effect/results?   Possible other treatments could include:  Bio or Neurofeedback therapy, Ketogenic Diet.   This might require some serious study or nobody may... Read moreChevron

I'm not sure what the next step is...

I've been diagnosed 10 months ago.  It gave me hope that my life had a bit of meaning to it.  I am BP2 so depression is where I spend most of the time.  I've had reactions to Lithium and am now on Lamotrigine and Epical (Valproic).  My doc has me talking about a return to work and says that my therapy is where the help... Read moreChevron
