Anxiety and procrastination

So I'm trying to go to sleep last night, and my mind starts racing, as usual. Why can't I be happy?

I hate this. I feel so depressed and overwhelmed. I can't stand when I'm depressed, but here I am depressed and feeling drained and not wanting to do a darn thing. Tryin so hard to understand and so close to walking away for good

my b/f is b/p, a cutter and had a rather horrific childhood that would cause any person to be damaged and scared for life.
