bipolar boyfriend is having a freak out, anybody have advice?

Confused

Maybe someone can help me understand something.  What is it with labeling people with Bipolar because someone acted a certain way.   I'm tired of hearing...so and so must be Bipolar...or does...so and so have Bipolar because they did this.   We have enough on our plates for being Bipolar and dealing with it on a daily... Read moreChevron

why if i am taking medication do i still havve horrible days?

i am on all of my medications i take them at the same time every day, i excersise, watch my diet, chart my mood.. but i still have some very depressed days, i dont have any manic days, or any that i notice... but i still get very sad and down on  myself... i started college in the fall and i am way to anxious to make new friends so i eat... Read moreChevron
