Plea for help/advice. What should I do?

I feel worse. I'm sinking. Undertows are pulling me down. I think I'm doing an ok job outwardly at not seeming as bad as I feel. My kids and my DH are what is keeping me going. Relapses

These are never fun, only reminding me of the cyclical nature of Bipolar disorder and the haunting fact that there is no permenant cure to this disease, despite a good combination of medication and therapy.
