Hmmmm.........Normal? At one of my therapy visits I was describing the ups and downs I was going through. At the time I was manic. Robin's thread about being judgemental made me question where do we separate what we see as our personality and our illness? artisticly sound
I have just now come to realize that my bipolar can work really well for me and have been using it to do just that. I ride the waves instead of crashing in on them and I can surf my emotions like white capped waves as well.
