What do ya do? (Possible trigger)

I have been dealing with my bipolar, borderline personality disorder for a very long time. I know the ins in and outs very well, that's what is scary. I know this has nothing to do with the season as it has been going on for months. I have talked with my psych. doctor and he has taken meds away instead of finding ones that work... Yes I know writing this down is supposed to help, or a cry for help; but that's not the case. I can't take living in the 9th level of Hell anymore nor the mania that shoots me skyward to drop back into the pit.
