WHAT HAVE I DONE??

I feel so embarrassed and ashamed of what I have done. I tried to commit suicide, its the second time in 10 months. Seroquel and epilim

My Psyc last week increased my dosage of epilim to 2x500mg and serequol 1 300mg at bed time. In the last couple of days I have noticed some swelliing in my feet which drug would cause this?
