Going through a bipolar depression episode now !

Im not new to this site , Im bipolar , I always go onto this to check up etc... but this time Im on site to say Im going through hell right now. Rock Bottom

I'm hitting rock bottom now, my medication does'nt feel like its working. I've been on it for just over a year now. I'm either down their or emotionlless, never happy. What do I do.
